One thing to comment on about the new H808 course is that it uses moodle forums which I can subscribe to, as opposed to the clunky first class system which I never really got the hang of. Now all forum posts can come directly to my personal email system.

Interesting thoughts on Moodle versus FirstClass – this version of Moodle has been customised for the OU is not as free as other implementations.
Personally I am struck by the way the change as altered discussions

This is great news, I hope the rest of the courses move soon – mind you, just getting used to FC now!
